Eden’s Bloom with grated apple slices

Use apples or pears with Eden’s bloom to give variation for younger eaters. This is also a wonderful way to introduce fresh fruit to your child’s diet, providing them with more nutrients and fibre.

Target Age: 8 months and up 

Prep: 5 min     

Level: easy

Ingredients:

1/2 apple, peeled and cored

1x Eden’s bloom Apple, banana and moringa

80 ml water

 

Method

Step 1: Peel, core, and finely chop the chosen fruit.

Step 2: Open a packet of Eden's Bloom i.e. apple, banana, and moringa, and empty it into a food bowl. Mix the contents with 80ml of water until it forms a smooth puree.

Step 3: Arrange the chopped fruit on top of the puree and thoroughly mix them together.
